Five steps, one rule: you see it before you pay.

• 1. One photo — clear face, good light. Never stored with your creation.
• 2. One sentence — "my daughter and our dog delivering mail in the seventies Alps". Our studio asks two or three short questions, then composes.
• 3. Free preview — the full scene, before any payment.
• 4. Human review — likeness, anatomy, buildability: a person approves every file that prints.
• 5. Printed & shipped — thick pieces, full-print box with their name, tracked delivery.
